TORONTO, April 6, 2023 /CNW/ – The Economic Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has initiated enforcement motion from Globe Financial Group Insurance plan Agency of Canada Inc. (WFG).

FSRA alleges that gaps in WFG’s procedure and ongoing proceedings by one more regulator towards WFG could raise acceptable grounds about WFG’s suitability to be licensed.

FSRA is proposing to impose situations on WFG’s corporate insurance coverage agent licence.

WFG might request a hearing prior to the Financial Companies Tribunal about this proposal.
