A Seamless Experience for TrueBlue Members

JetBlue launched a new travel booking platform, TrueBlue Travel, to replace the former JetBlue website. The platform is powered by Paisly, JetBlue’s proprietary technology platform and wholly owned travel services subsidiary. With the launch of the new platform, the airlines aim to provide a more seamless service for TrueBlue® members to plan, book, and be rewarded for their trips.

The new rebrand also broadened and expanded the value of the loyalty points. Members with TrueBlue points can now redeem their points for JetBlue flights, hotel bookings, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets, and travel bags.

In addition, the platform also offers exclusive member savings, personalised deal matching based on itineraries.

More Ways to Earn TrueBlue Points

There are multiple ways that travellers can earn TrueBlue points. All TrueBlue members can earn 1 point in stays, activities, and travel bags for every eligible $1 (about £0.74) pre-tax spending. For car rentals, members can earn 100 points (200 for Mosaics) per day, up to 5 days.

In addition, members can earn 1 tile per eligible $100 spent on a pre-tax purchase.

Members who spend with JetBlue Card can gain more points with the same amount of spending. Spending with JetBlue Card can earn 3x additional TrueBlue points in stays, activities, travel bags, and car rentals. Spending with JetBlue Plus Card or JetBlue Premier Card can earn 6x points.

Jamie Perry, President of Paisly, LLC said:

“This rebrand is a major milestone for Paisly, LLC as we continue to grow into a fully integrated travel services company. It reflects what customers already expect: a platform that delivers unbeatable value for TrueBlue members, from earning and redeeming points to using JetBlue Plus and Premier Card benefits.”

Ed Pouthier, vice president, loyalty & personalisation at JetBlue, said:

“TrueBlue Travel is a major step forward in our mission to make loyalty more meaningful. By expanding how and where members can redeem points through TrueBlue Travel, and delivering that experience through Paisly, our in-house travel services company, we’re bringing more flexibility and value to the program. It’s about creating value throughout the entire travel ribbon, not just every flight.”
