The service, flagged off with much fanfare, was stalled on July 21 as passengers found its schedule inconvenient and the facilities weren’t maintained properly. The bus, which was to depart at 3 pm with 13 passengers, got delayed by 2.5 hours. Therefore, the Muthanga check post en route closed, and the bus had to change its route. The passengers who had to travel up to Kozhikode had to get down at Kalpetta and depend on other vehicles to reach their destinations.
