Luxury travel purveyor Riviera Travel has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website, featuring a fresh aesthetic and advanced tools designed to simplify the booking process for guests and travel advisors in North America.

“We’re delighted to unveil a website that truly reflects our brand and the high level of service we’re known for,” said Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel, in a press statement “These improvements were made with both our guests and valued travel advisors partners in mind, reinforcing our commitment to the North American market and the river cruise industry as a whole.”

The revamped site boasts a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, allowing guests to easily explore accommodation options, ships and cruise details by clicking a “Read More” link. This eliminates the need to navigate multiple pages, streamlining the booking process for both travel advisors and direct guests.

When the booking is complete, users have access to an enhanced account section. This feature enables easy management of guest details, adding passenger information and viewing upcoming or past trips.

The website now hosts a dedicated blog section filled with FAQs and inspirational tips, offering valuable insights and expert guidance for travel advisors. To facilitate platform navigation, Riviera Explorer, the brand’s new digital learning platform launched last month, provides training videos. Travel advisors will also receive a prompt to update their passwords upon first logging into the agent portal.

The new website comes hot on the heels of Riviera Travel’s new digital learning platform, which offers travel advisors three progressive levels of learning through detailed content, as well as a certificate of completion to confirm their specialized knowledge of Riviera products. The platform also features a well-organized resource center tailored to advisors’ marketing needs.

Keep in mind that Riviera Travel’s special promotion, tied to platform completion, is still valid through Sept. 30, 2025, and can be entered to win one of 20 positions on upcoming European river cruise familiarization trips scheduled for 2026.
