Donald Trump’s supposed national security speech today in North Carolina has veered off course a few times (jobs, the Obamas, crime) but when on topic has been especially apocalyptic, with lots of fear-mongering about impending nuclear war, a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, a higher death toll than acknowledged in Ukraine, and generally the outbreak of the Third World War.

The former president has also spoken about the disastrous withdrawal of Afghanistan and again fails to understand how NATO works.

During the latest episode of This Past Weekend with Theo Von, which aired on his YouTube channel on Tuesday, the topic of addiction and alcoholism rates in the US came up, specifically the fentanyl crisis.
